ESIC Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2022
The detailed eligibility criteria for the ESIC Recruitment 2022 for UDC, Steno and MTS posts have been provided below with respect to educational qualification, and age limit.
Nationality
A candidate willing to apply online for ESIC Recruitment must be one of the following as per the ESIC Recruitment Notification PDF:
(a) a citizen of India, or
(b) a subject of Nepal, or
(c) a subject of Bhutan, or
(d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the 01st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
(e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania
ESIC Educational Qualification
The candidates applying online for various ESIC vacancies must ensure their eligibility in terms of nationality, age limit, and educational qualification for the posts of UDC, MTS and Steno which has been detailed below.
For ESIC UDC (Upper Division Clerk)
- The candidate should hold a degree from a recognised University or equivalent.
- He/she should have a working knowledge of computers including the use of Office suites and databases.
For ESIC MTS (Multi-Tasking Staff)
The candidates must Matriculation or equivalent pass from a recognized university & board.
For ESIC Stenographer Posts
The candidates should be 12th pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University

- Dictation : 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute.
