IBPS SO Exam Pattern – Important Points

IBPS SO exam pattern is important for all aspiring candidates who want to crack the prestigious Civil Services examination. The preliminary exams have been conducted in two parts; there’s an online section where you can take up your chances of getting selected with some easy questions on topics like English grammar and sentence structure. Followed by a paper test that has more difficult exercises on account management skills as well history/geography knowledge from various periods including ArtImportant backdrop information about India’s independence movement which will help strengthen essays written during this period if they are set out properly!

  • The Mains Examination will have just one section, i.e. of Professional Knowledge
  • Only three sections will be asked in the Preliminary Exam of IBPS SO 2021 Exam.
  • For Rajbhasha Adhikari and Law Officer prelims, sections asked are English Language, Reasoning and General Awareness.
  • For other posts sections asked are of English Language, Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude.
  • The score of Preliminary Exam will not be taken into consideration for the final selection. Cumulative score of Mains Exam and Interview process in the ratio of 80:20 will be taken into consideration for final allotment.
